In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, August 27, 2007, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Paris to-wit:

Being part of Lot 32 and being also part of land conveyed to K.A. & R.C. McKee in Deed Volume 1142, Page 116 of the Portage County Deed Records, and being more fully described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Lot 32; thence South 0 deg. 44 min. 00 sec. East, 530.90 feet to a point on the centerline of Gilbert Road, T.H. 188 and 0.42 feet Westerly of a 1/2 inch pipe found on said centerline; thence along the center line of Gilbert Road North 88 deg. 56 min. 31 sec. East, 538.00 feet to a point on said centerline which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing along the centerline of Gilbert Road 88 deg. 56 min. 31 sec. East, 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 01 deg. 03 min. 29 sec. East, 664.31 feet to a 1/2 inch pipe set and passing over a 1/5 inch pipe set at 30.00 feet; thence along the North line of land in the name of R & D Harris Trust South 89 deg. 41 min. 32 sec. West, 150.01 feet to a 1/2 inch pipe set; thence North 01 deg. 03 min. 29 sec. West, 662.32 feet to the place of beginning and passing over 1/2 inch pipe set at 632.35 feet. Containing 2.2841 acres of land, more or less, but subject to all legal highway as surveyed in May 1996 by James C. Ellsworth Registered Surveyor No. 7535.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
