Situated in the Township of Edinburg, County of Portage and State of Ohio; being part of Lot Number 4 SW, Subdivision Number 2 in said township; beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Number 4 SW, Subdivision Number 2, said point also being the centerline intersection of Giddings Road (60') and State Route 183 (60') said point witnessed by a 3/4" iron pin found said point being the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence North 00 deg. 56' 53" West along the centerline of State Route 183 a distance of 805.96 feet to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of land now or formerly owned by Joseph W. Bonner and Elva A. Martinez-Bonner, PPN: 11-441-00-00-004-001, as recorded in Volume 415, Page 578 in Portage County Record of Deeds (PCRD), said point being the place of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence South 89 deg. 01' 44" West along the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by Bonner, aforementioned, passing through an iron pin set at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 188.06 feet to a point, said point being a Southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by Andy Kratz, Trustee and Clara I. Kratz, Trustee, PPN: 11-441-00-00-003-000 as recorded in Volume 1164, Page 35 in PCRD, said point witnessed by a 5/8" iron pin "Floyd" found; thence North 00 deg. 58' 23" West along an Easterly line of land now or formerly owned by Kratz, aforementioned, a distance of 924.71 feet to a point on the Southerly line of land now or formerly owned by Shirley Welsend, PPN: 11-411-00-00-007-000, as recorded in Volume 1042, Page 194, in PCRD, said point witnessed by a 5/8" iron pin "Floyd"; thence North 89 deg. 23' 51" East along a Southerly line of land now or formerly owned by Kratz, aforementioned, a distance of 188.47 feet to a point in the centerline of State Route 183, passing through a 5/8" iron pin found at 30.00 feet therefrom; thence South 00 deg. 56' 53" East along the centerline of State Route 183, a distance of 924.04 feet to a point, said point being the place of beginning and containing, 3.996 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, pursuant to a survey (0440) dated January 5, 2005, by O'Hara Land Surveying, L.L.C. and Thomas J. O'Hara, Ohio Registered Surveyor No. 7995. Bearings used hereon are to an assumed meridian and are used to denote angles only. The basis of bearing for this survey is North 89 deg. 23' 51" East along the South line of Subdivision No. 1 the intent of this description is to described all of the land as described in Instrument Number 200409390 as recorded in Instrument Number 200119503 in Portage County Record of Deeds. All iron pins noted as being set are 5/8" x 30" long steel rebar, with plastic cap "OHARA 7995".

Wiesend by Volume 1042, Page 194 of Portage County Records of Deeds, said point being North 0 deg. 56' 53" West, 1729.82 feet from a 1/2" pipe found at the centerline intersection of said S.R. 183 and Giddings Road (T.H. 117); thence South 0 deg. 56' 53" East, along said S.R. 183 centerline a distance of 422.57 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 23' 51" West, along a new line and passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 30.00 feet, a distance of 188.28 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set on the East line conveyed to C. I. Kratz, Trustee by Portage County Instrument #200311905; thence North 0 deg. 58' 23" West, along said Kratz's East line and passing over a capped "5461" pin found at 422.03 feet, a distance of 422.57 feet to a point on the South line of said Weisend's land; thence North 89 deg. 23' 51" East, along said Weisend's North line and passing over a capped rebar set at 158.47 feet, a distance of 188.47 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.8273 acres of land (1.5363 acres exclusive of the road right-of-way) as surveyed in August, 2005 by Clifford H. McGuire, Professional Surveyor No. 7770. Basis of bearing was taken from Survey Plat P-15286. The deed of record was 2005200501142 to R. or J. White. All rebars set were 5/8" x 30" with I.D. cap.
