Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of said Lot 37, which is also the intersection of the centerline of Parker Road and Winchell Road; thence South 88 degrees 57' East, along the centerline of Winchell Road and the North line of Lot 37, a distance of 1917.02 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing South 88 degrees 57' East, along the centerline of Winchell Road and the North line of Lot 37, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 01 degrees 03' West (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 57' West, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 01 degrees 03' East (passing over an iron pipe at 270.00 feet) a distance of 300.00 feet to the place of beginning and found to contain 1.033 acres of land as surveyed June 2, 1969 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of said Lot 37 at the intersection of Parker Road and Winchell Road; thence South 88 degrees 57' East, along the centerline of Winchell Road and the Northerly line of Lot 37, a distance of 1917.02 feet to a point; thence South 01 degrees 03' West, (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron pipe which is the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 88 degrees 57' East, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 01 degrees 03' West, a distance of 30.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 57' West, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 01 degrees 03' East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.103 acres of land, as surveyed April 25, 1970 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

Being part of Lot 37 in said township and city and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 37 at the intersection of the centerline of Parker Road and Winchell Road; thence South 88 degrees 57' 00" East, along the Northerly line of Lot 37 and the centerline of Winchell Road, a distance of 1917.02 feet to a point at the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by T. R. and Marilyn Fulton; thence South 01 degrees 03' 00" West, a distance of 330.00 feet to a point at the Southwesterly corner of said Fulton which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 88 degrees 57' 00" East, along the Southerly line of Fulton, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point in the Westerly line of land now or formerly owned by N. J. and J. R. Toms; thence South 01 degrees 03' 00" West, a distance of 580.00 feet to a point at the Southwesterly corner of said Toms; thence North 88 degrees 57' 00" West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by M. J. and K. T. Lucak; thence North 01 degrees 03' 00" East, along the Easterly line of said Lucak; a distance of 580.80 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.000 acres of land, as surveyed August 2, 1979 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

Said Premises Appraised at $215,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
