Beginning at a point in the centerline of Waterloo Road (C.H. 87), which is South 87 deg. 52' West, 335.76 feet from said centerline's intersection with the East line of said Lot 38; thence South 87 deg. 52' West, along the centerline of said Waterloo Road, 125.00 feet; thence North 0 deg. 15' West (passing through an iron pipe at 30.02 feet), 523.02 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 87 deg. 52' East, 125.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 15' East (passing through an iron pipe at 493.00 feet), 523.02 feet to the centerline of Waterloo Road (C.H. 87) and the place of beginning and containing as surveyed by Swigart & Moore in March 1976, 1.5000 acres of land.
