Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Portage, Township of Atwater, being part of Lot 132 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a bridge spike set in the Westerly line of Atwater Township, at the intersection of the Southwesterly corner of Lot 132 and centerline of C.H. 47, Industry Road and T.H. 33, Unger Road; thence N. 89 deg. 34' 43" E., along the Southerly line of Lot 132 and centerline of T.H. 33, a distance of 738.58 feet to a point, which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence N. 00 deg. 17' 46" W., (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 30.00 feet) a distance of 362.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 89 deg. 34' 43" E., a distance of 385.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set in the Easterly line of Lot 132, which is the Westerly line of land now or formerly owned by R. R. or N. J. Price (Vol. 972, Pg. 1062); thence S. 00 deg. 17' 46" E., along the Easterly line of Lot 132 (passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 332.00 feet) a distance of 362.00 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 132 and centerline of T.H. 33; thence S. 89 deg. 34' 43" W., along the Southerly line of Lot 132 and centerline of T.H. 33, a distance of 385.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 3.1870 acres of land, more or less, of which 0.2652 acres, more or less, are in the R/W of T.H. 33 as surveyed and described March 13, 2002 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7268.
