Beginning at an iron pipe found marking and Northeast corner of Subdivision No. 79 of Atwater Station; thence S. 00 deg. 33' W., a distance of 52.42 feet along the East line of said Subdivision No. 79 to a railroad spike; thence S. 15 deg. 43' E., a distance of 14.15 feet to an iron pipe 4.00 feet Easterly and on a line of the South side of Subdivision No. 79; thence N. 89 deg. 27' W., a distance of 128.84 feet along the South line of said Subdivision No. 79 to a iron pipe in the East line of the old C. A. & M. V. R. R.; thence on a 03 deg. 00' curve to the right along the East line of the old C. A. & M. V. R. R., a chord distance of 106.18 feet bearing N. 21 deg. 09' W., to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 27' E., a distance of 135.41 feet to an iron pipe marking a point 48.00 feet at right angles to the West line of the Cleveland-Pittsburgh Railroad; thence S. 22 deg. 00' E., a distance of 35.5 feet parallel to the West line of the C. & P. R. R., to an iron pipe in the North line of Subdivision No. 79; thence S. 89 deg. 27' E., a distance of 14.90 feet along the said North line to the place of beginning, and containing 0.317 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Surveyed by W. D. Moulton, Registered Surveyor No. 1310.
