In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Suffield to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio bounded and described as follows:

And known as being a part of Original Township Lot No. 40. Beginning at an iron bar found at the intersection of the center line of County Highway No. 4 known as Mishler Road and the center line County Highway No. 6 known as Wingfoot Road; thence South 38 degrees East, along the center line of County Highway No. 4, a distance of 72.97 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 38 degrees East, along the center line of Mishler Road, a distance of 193.32 feet to a point; thence North 87 degrees 30 minutes West, a distance of 859.88 feet to a iron stake; thence North 3 degrees West, a distance of 147 feet to an iron stake; thence South 87 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 533.28 feet to a point on Mishler Road and the true place of beginning, and containing within said boundaries an acre of 2 acres. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Surveyed on 10/04/52 by Jesse A. Bonzo, Registed Surveyor.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
