And known as being part of Lot 7, S.E., Subdivision 2, in said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the centerline of Yale Road (C.H. 55A) said iron pin being due West, a distance of 9582.35 feet from a monument found at the centerline intersection of said Yale and Alliance Road (C.H. 125); thence due West along said centerline of Yale Road, a distance of 130.00 feet to an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by M. E. Wilson; thence North 1 deg. 02' 30" West, along the East line of said Wilson's land and to the East line of land now or formerly owned by G. & R. Wilcox and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 2176.49 feet to an iron pin on the North line of said Subdivision 2; thence North 89 deg. 53' East, along said North line of Subdivision 2, a distance of 138.54 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 49' East and passing over an iron pin at 2146.63 feet, a distance of 2176.43 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning and containing therein 6.708 acres of land as surveyed in August, 1977 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
