Beginning at a point on the centerline of Wayland Road (C.H. 132) and the West line of Lot 8, said point being North 0 deg. 16' 15" West, a distance of 1259.15 feet from a railroad spike found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 8 and the centerline intersection of said Wayland Road and Tallmadge Road (C.H. 18); thence North 0 deg. 16' 15" West, along said centerline of Wayland Road, a distance of 163.82 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 43' 45" East, and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 1595.38 feet to an iron pin on the West line of land now or formerly owned by Donald B. Hicks; thence South 0 deg. 16' 15" East, along said West line of Hick's land, a distance of 163.82 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 43' 45" West, and passing over an iron pin at 1565.38 feet, a distance of 1595.38 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning, containing 6.000 acres, as surveyed in October, 1976 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222.
