Beginning for commencement at the Southeast corner of Boyer's Acres #2 in Plat Book 10, Page 20 witness an iron pipe found; thence S. 00 deg. 40' 00" W., a distance of 30.02 feet to a point in the centerline of St. Rt. 82, 60' R/W; thence turning N. 87 deg. 57' 00" E. along the centerline of St. Rt. 82, 60' R/W, a distance of 300.66 feet to a point in the centerline and the true place of beginning for the property herein described; thence turning N. 00 deg. 40' 00" E. along the East line of C. Bennett, Jr., a distance of 2248.29 feet to a capped rebar set and passing over a capped rebar found 30.02' from the centerline; thence turning S. 89 deg. 43' 03" E., along the South line of R. and S. Kuchenbecker, a distance of 199.78 feet to a capped rebar set; thence turning S. 00 deg. 40' 00" W., along the East line of B. E. or R. A. or M. L. Douglas, a distance of 2240, 15 feet to a point in the centerline of St. Rt. 82, 60' R/W and passing over an iron bar in concrete found 30.02' from the centerline; thence turning S. 87 deg. 57' 00" W., along the centerline of St. Rt. 82, 60' R/W, a distance of 200.00 feet back to the place of beginning. Containing 10.2925 acres of land more or less, but excepting all legal highways of record. Surveyed by Terrence L. Pearson, P. S. #7305 in November of 2003. Basis of bearing is to an assumed meridian and denoted angles only. The property being conveyed is in fee title to W. Dowd by Deed Volume 1098, Page 143.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
