Beginning in the East line of Lot #13, Division #3, North, which is also in the centerline of State Route #225, North 816.25 feet from an iron pin at the Southeast corner of said lot; thence continuing along the lot line in St. Rt. #225 centerline North 175.00 feet; thence N. 89 deg. 50' W. (passing over an iron pipe at 33.00 feet, 292.00 feet to an iron pipe on the North side of a 24" Hickory Tree; thence South 175.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 50' E. (passing over an iron pipe at 259.00 feet) 292.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.173 acres of land as surveyed in May, 1963, by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor #2587, be the same more or less.
