Situated in the Township of Paris, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being known as part of Lot No. 14 in said county and township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the Holcomb Road (CH 187), a distance of twenty six hundred (2600) feet West of the county line between Trumbull County and Portage County; thence South along a line parallel with said county land, a distance of fourteen hundred thirty (1430) feet to a point; thence West along a line parallel with the center line of the Holcomb Road (CH 187), a distance of ninety seven and one-tenths (97.1) feet to a point; thence North along a line parallel with said county line, a distance of fourteen hundred thirty and two-tenths (1430.2) feet, said line being the West line of lands now or formerly owned by the Newton Realty and Construction Company, to a point in the center line of the Holcomb Road (CH 187); thence East along said center line of said road, a distance of eighty four and forty-five one hundredths (84.45) feet to the place of beginning. Said tract of land contains about 3.142 acres.
