And being known as Sublots Nos. 1 and 2 of Middlebury Heights No. 1 Allotment as the same is recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 45 of Portage County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

And known as being part of Franklin Township Lot 11 and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 1 of Middlebury Heights No. 1 and being South 43 degrees 28' West, 117.96 feet from the intersection of the Easterly line of Middlebury Road with the Southerly line of Paulus Drive; thence South 16 degrees 02' East, 20.70 feet along the Westerly line of Sublot No. 1; thence North 38 degrees 33' West, 18.00 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of Middlebury Road; thence North 43 degrees 28' East, 8.00 feet to the beginning, containing 0.0016 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in September 1971 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
