Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerlines of State Route 305 and Kyle Road (TH 311); thence S. 87 deg. 31' 12" E., along the centerline of S.R. 305, 411.69 feet to a point, the true place of beginning for the following described premises; thence continuing S. 87 deg. 31' 12" E., along said centerline, 241.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 47' 34" W., passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 629.03 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 88 deg. 10' 47" W., 232.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 1 deg. 50' 12" W., 333.60 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 2 deg. 02' 30" E., passing over an iron pipe at 268.79 feet, a total distance of 298.79 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 3.4000 acres of land as surveyed in December 1983 by Donald D. A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
