And known as being Sublot No. 23 in Briar Root Manor of part of Original Streetsboro Township Lot No. 47, as platted, numbered and recorded in Vol. 13 of Maps, Page 8 of Portage County Records of Plats, and having a curved frontage of 105.00 feet on the Northwesterly side of Briar Drive and extending back 195.27 feet on the Northeasterly line, 189.42 feet on the Southwesterly line and having a rear line 128.35 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 9337 Briar Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241.
Said Premises Appraised at $140,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
