In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, May 14, 2007, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Mantua to-wit:

And known as being part of Lot No. 13 in said township, county and state, beginning at a stone monument on the West line of Lot No. 13 and in the center of the highway (Town Line Road, T.H. 258) South 1469.42 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 13 at the Southwest corner of the property now or formerly owned by Frank E. and Kathyrn Mikula; thence South 00 deg. 47' West, along the lot line and the center of Town Line Road, T.H. 258, a distance of 800.00 feet to a point, the true place of beginning; thence South 89 deg. 15' East, a distance of 2365.85 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the center of Town Line Road, T.H. 258; thence South 00 deg. 38' West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 15' West, a distance of 2366.11 feet to a point in the center of Town Line Road, T.H. 258 and the West line of Lot 13; thence North 00 deg. 47' East along the center of Town Line Road, T.H. 258 and the West line of Lot 13, a distance of 100.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 5.4318 acres of land.

Said Premises Located at 114 Townline Road, Aurora, OH 44202.

Said Premises Appraised at $150,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
