Starting at an iron pin which marks the Southwest corner of said Lot 29; thence N. 0 degrees 15' 00" W., along the West line of Lot 29 and the centerline of John Thomas Road (CH-137), a distance of 3593.78 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 0 degrees 15' 00" W., along the previous course a distance of 140.48 feet to a point; thence S. 89 degrees 51' 10" E., a distance of 1550.40 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 0 degrees 15' 00" W., 292.17 feet to an iron pin on the South line of land now or formerly owned by P. & S. Der; thence N. 89 degrees 43' 55" E., along said Der's Southerly line, a distance of 1108.65 feet to an iron pin on the East line of said Lot 29; thence S. 0 degrees 12' 20" W., along the East line of Lot 29, a distance of 573.13 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 89 degrees 43' 55" W., a distance of 1104.06 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 0 degrees 15' 00" W., a distance of 104.08 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 89 degrees 51' 10" W., a distance of 1550.40 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 19.557 acres more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
