Adelman O.R.V. 562, Page 657, a distance of 163.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Ravenna-Louisville State Route 44 S.H. 74, back to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe found 32.98 feet from the centerline. The area contained in this property is 0.5354 acres of land more or less. The basis of bearing is to an assumed meridian and denotes angles only. This survey was performed by Terrence L. Pearson, P.S. 7305 in May of 2005.
