Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 13 in Tappan's Subdivision in the City of Ravenna, Ohio as the same is platted and recorded in Volume 52, Page 349 of Portage County Records, and being 95 feet off the North end of said Lot No. 13. Being a lot 60 x 95 feet. EXCEPTING a tract of land 32 feet wide and 60 feet deep off the South side of the above described premises, heretofore sold and conveyed to M. Sabatino and L. Sabatino to Zacarine Papp. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
