Situated in the Township of Deerfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron spike at the S. E. corner of Lot 66 on the centerline of Bonner Road, C.H. 75; thence N. 88 deg. 38' 30" W., a distance of 631.99 feet along the South line of Lot 66 to an iron spike at the intersection of the centerline of Mahoning Road and the centerline of Mottown Road, on the South line of Lot 66; thence N. 42 deg. 18' 30" E., a distance of 954.51 feet along the centerline of Mahoning Road to an iron spike on the East line of Lot 66 at the intersection of the centerline of Mahoning Road and Bonner Road; thence S. 0 deg. 51' W., a distance of 720.95 feet along the East line of Lot 66 and the centerline of Bonner Road to the true place of beginning and containing 5.2296 acres of land as surveyed by R. A. Studt, R.S. 4365 in July 28, 1974 and prepared by Terrance R. Hohnhorst, Reg. Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 from the record of said survey.
Said Premises Located at 2140 Mahoning Rd., Deerfield, OH 44411.
Said Premises Appraised at $130,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
