Situated in the Township of Shalersville, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 75 in Shalersville Township and further described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Lot 75 with the centerline of State Route 303; thence S. 0 deg. 32' 08" W., 782.10 feet along the East line of Lot 75 to an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of a 10 acres parcel of land now or formerly owned by L. or N. Kwallek; thence S. 81 deg. 27' 24" 1103 20 feet along Kwallek's North line to an iron pipe at the Grantor's Northeast corner and being the true place of beginning; thence S. 8 deg. 23' E., 295.58 feet to an iron pipe at the Grantor's Southeast corner; thence S. 80 deg. 56' W., 238.00 feet to the Grantor's Southwest corner in the centerline of Coit Road and passing over an iron pipe 29.79 feet from the road center; thence N. 6 deg. 39' 50" W., Northwest corner; thence N. 80 deg. 211' 24" E., 101.62 feet to the Grantee's Northeast corner; thence N. 5 deg. 05' 36" W., 126.37 feet to the Grantor's Northwest corner; thence N. 81 deg. 27' 24" E., 124.06 feet along the Grantor's North line to the true place of beginning. Containing 1.289 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as described in mapped in August, 1996 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.

Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
