Situated in the Township, now City of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being part of Original Lot No. 19. Beginning at a point in the center of the East-West Highway, which is also the South line of Lot No. 19, 947.32 feet East of the S. W. corner of Lot No. 19; thence North (assumed) parallel with lot line 1343.73 feet to land owned by Thomas and Mildred Ireland, recorded in Vol. 372, Pg. 308, Portage County Records; thence North 89 degrees 21' 44" East, along South line of said Ireland land, 344.24 feet to an iron pin on the N. E. corner of land recently owned by Cletus Corbett; thence South 0 degrees 31' 48" West, along West line of said Ireland property and West line of land owned by Aleta Mann, as recorded in Vol. 494, Page 183, Portage County Records, 1347.72 feet to a point in the center of the East-West Highway; thence West on the South line of Lot No. 19, 331.76 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10.44 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 2241 Frost Rd., Streetsboro, OH 44241.
Said Premises Appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
