Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being a village lot in Seymour and Dodges Second Addition to the Village of Ravenna as recorded in Plat 2 Page 67 in the Portage County Records and part of large Lot No. 5 South Division of Ravenna Township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found in the intersection of the Westlery line of Jefferson Street (60 feet wide) and the Southerly line of Riddle Avenue (60 feet wide); thence South 2 deg. 35' West a distance of 396.00 feet along the Westerly line of Jefferson Street to an 5/8" iron pin set (Peterson #7594) and the principle place of beginning; thence continuing along said Westerly line South 2 deg. 35' West a distance of 48.00 feet to an 5/8" iron pin set (Peterson #7594); thence North 87 deg. 25' West a distance of 180.00 feet along the Northerly line of J.A. and A.K. Noll to an 5/8' iron pin set (Peterson #7594); thence North 2 deg. 35' East a distance of 48.00 feet along the Easterly line of N.E. Holmes to an 5/8" iron pin set (Peterson #7594); thence South 87 deg. 25' East 180.00 feet along the Southerly line of P.J. Shaw to the principle place of beginning and containing 0.198 acres of land as surveyed by James E. Peterson, registered surveyor No. 7594, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
