And known as being Sublot No. 69 in the Barrington Subdivision No. 1, being part of Original Aurora Township Lots Nos. 8, 9, 15, 16 and 17, as shown by the recorded in plat in Volume 91, Page 43 of Portage County Records (the Sublot or "Sublots"), together with all right created by the Master Declaration of Covenants, Easements and Restrictions of Barrington, Aurora, Ohio recorded in Volume 1115, Page 528 through 600 of Portage County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
