Beginning at a P.K. nail found at the intersection of the centerlines of C.H. 18, Tallmadge Road, and C.H. 54, Porter Road; thence N. 01 deg. 12 min. 30 sec. E., along the centerline of C.H. 54 and Easterly line of Lot 8 N.E. Subdivision 2, a distance of 475.03 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by J.D. & S.K. Bixler (Vol. 1107, Pg. 807), which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel land; thence N. 89 deg. 27 min. 02 sec. W. along the Northerly line of Bixlor (passing over 5/8" iron rod found at 30.00 feet), Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by P. & B. Knispel (Vol. 1137. Pg. 88), and Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by J.D. or D.K. Shrieve (Vol. 1087, Pg. 399) a distance of 1079.82 feet to a 5/8" iron rod found in the Westerly line of Lot 8, N.E. Subdivision 2; thence N. 88 deg. 47 min. 17 sec. E. along the Westerly line of Lot 8, N.E. Subdivison 2, a distance of 199.99 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence S. 89 deg. 27 min. 02 sec. E. (passing over 5/8" iron rod set at 1051.29 feet) a distance of 1081.29 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Lot 8., N.E. Subdivision 2 and centerline of C.H. 54; thence S. 01 deg. 12 min. 30 sec. W. along the Easterly line of Lot 8, N.E. Subdivision 2 and centerline of C.H. 54 a distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning as surveyed August 3, 1994 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288, dba Al Szuch & Associates and containing 4.961 acres of land, more or less.
