Beginning for commencement at the Northeast corner of O.L. 32, witness a square bar; thence S. 00 deg. 36' 00" W., along the East lot line of O.L. 32, a distance of 1016.46 feet to an iron bar found, and the true place of beginning for the property herein described. Property owned by Rosa L. Lupica; thence S. 00 deg. 36' 00" W., continuing along the East lot line of O.L. 32, a distance of 112.86 feet to a capped rebar set; thence turning S. 89 deg. 55' 00" W., along the North property line of D. and D. N. Cafaro, a distance of 451.95 feet to a capped pin found; thence turning N. 00 deg. 38' 59" E., along the West property line of D. and D. N. Cafaro, a distance of 112.90 feet to a capped pin found; thence turning N. 89 deg. 54' 29" E., along the South property lines of the Deerfield Evangelical Friends Church, and J. R. Mehling, a distance of 451.85 feet back to the true place of beginning. Containing 1.1704 acres of land more or less and excepting all legal highways and easements of record. Surveyed by Terrence L. Pearson, P.S. #7305 in September of 2001. Basis of bearing (S. 00 deg. 36' 00" W.) was taken from survey P-12488.
