Bragg 753/609 and is the true place of beginning; thence N. 89 degrees 00' W., a distance of 212.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence N. 0 degrees 48' E., a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pipe set; thence S. 89 degrees 00' E., a distance of 212.00 feet to an iron pipe on the W. line of St. Rt. 183; thence S. 0 degrees 48' W., a distance of 100 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.486 acre of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Beginning at an iron pin in the intersection of the North line of St. Rt. 224, now C.N. 87 and the West line of St. Rt. 183, said iron pipe is N. 0 degrees 48' E., a distance of 33.00 feet and N. 89 degrees 00' W., a distance of 30.00 feet from a monument box at the intersection of the above named centerlines; thence N. 0 degrees 48' E., a distance of 1023.00 feet along the West line of St. Rt. 183 to an iron pipe which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 89 degrees 00' W., a distance of 212.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 degrees 48' E., a distance of 143.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 degrees 00' W., a distance of 145.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 degrees 48' E., a distance of 148.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 degrees 49' E., a distance of 357.00 feet to an iron pipe on the West line of St. Rt. 183; thence S. 0 degrees 48' W., a distance of 290.36 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.908 acres of land surveyed by Terrence R. Horhnhorst, Reg. Prof. Surveyor No. 5065 in August, 1970. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
