Situated in the City of Kent, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being a part of Block "E" in Franklin Township Lot No. 24, and subdivided by the heirs of Zenas Kent and as surveyed and platted by J. Cole, County Surveyor and recorded in Portage County Records, March 16, 1883, in Plat Book 2, Page 47, and is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the North line of East Summit Street in said city and at the Southeast corner of land of A. W. Baumberger 128.24 feet South 89 deg. 40' East from the West line of Block "E" in Zenas Kent Heirs' Subdivision; thence N. 0 deg. 25' East 180 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 40' East 40 feet to an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of lands of Blanche W. Barber; thence South 0 deg. 25' West 180 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of East Summit Street; thence North 89 deg. 40' West along said street line 40 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.165 of an acre of land, as surveyed November 18, 1950 by F. H. Swasey, Registered Land Surveyor Number 2154. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
