Located in Lot 41, Nelson Township, Portage County, Ohio and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found marking the point of intersection of the centerline of Knowlton Road (T.H. 295) and Kyle Road (T.H. 331); thence North 1 deg. 16' 48" East, along the centerline of Kyle Road, 554.40 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of lands of A. K. & B. A. Lang, and the true point of beginning for the following described premises; thence continuing North 1 deg. 16' 48" East, along said centerline, 107.92 feet to a point; thence South 88 deg. 43' 12" East, passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 874.50 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of Lot 41; thence South 1 deg. 16' 48" West, along said lot line, 107.92 feet to an iron pipe, the Northeast corner of lands of A. E. & B. A. Lang aforesaid; thence North 88 deg. 43' 12" West, along the North line of said Lang lands, passing over an iron pipe at 844.50 feet, a total distance of 874.50 feet to the true place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $95,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998.
