Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of McClintocksburg Road (C.H. 135) and Tallmadge Road (C.H. 18), said point being the N.W. corner of Lot 27, Div. 3 East; thence S. 00 deg. 52' 00" W., along the centerline of McClintocksburg Road (C.H. 135) and the West line of Lot 27, a distance of 355.00' to a point on said centerline, said point also being the place of beginning for the property herein decribed; thence S. 88 deg. 51' 42" E. and passing over a 5/8" rebar at 30.00' to a point 788.80', witness a 5/8" rebar N. 22 deg. 12' 57" W., 0.87'; thence S. 01 deg. 23' 00" W., a distance of 85.60' to a point, witness a 5/8" bar N. 65 deg. 17' 12" W., 0.22'; thence S. 88 deg. 30' 00" E., a distance of 500.00' to a point, witness a 3/4" O.T. pipe encased in a 4" plastic pipe N. 58 deg. 09' 58" W., 0.47'; thence S. 00 deg. 59' 12" W., a distance of 101.85' to a 5/8" rebar set with cap (Pearson S-7305); thence N. 88 deg. 51' 42" W., passing over a 3/4" I.P. at 1257.79', a distance of 1287.79' to a point on the centerline of McClintocksburg Road (C.H. 135); thence N. 00 deg. 52' 00" E., along said centerline, a distance of 190.61' back to the place of beginning and containing 4.6359 acres of land as surveyed in June 1996 by Terrance L. Pearson, P.L.S. 7305. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
