In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, October 30, 2006, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Randolph to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage, State of Ohio, being part of Lot 11 in said township and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a bridge spike found at the intersection of the centerlines of C.H. 29 Laubert Road and T. H. 34, Maxwell Road;

1. Thence N. 83 deg. 55' 13" W. along the centerline of C. H. 29 a distance of 259.04 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land;

2. Thence S. 00 deg. 07' 52" W. (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 30.17 feet) a distance of 378.25 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set;

3. Thence S. 88 deg. 51' 29" W. a distance of 431.03 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set;

4. Thence N. 00 deg. 05' 52" W. (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 402.73 feet) a distance of 432.91 feet to a point in the centerline of C. H. 29;

5. Thence S. 83 deg. 55' 13" E. along the centerline of C.H. 29 a distance of 435.00 feet to the true place of beginning. Containing 4.020 acres of land more or less, as surveyed September 13, 1991 By Rob A. Szuch, Registered professional surveyor #7288.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
