Being a part of Lot 17 of the South division of lots of Ravenna Township in the county and state aforesaid and beginning at a point located S. 89 deg. 21' W., 1149.69 feet from a stone set in the Southeast corner of said Lot 17; thence N. 2 deg. 33' E., 1111.10 feet passing over an iron pipe set at the edge of Hayes Road; thence S. 89 deg. 21' W., 95.33 feet; thence S. 2 deg. 33' W., 1116.04 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 21' E., 95.50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.44 acres of land.
Said Premises Located at 4560 Hayes Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $115,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
