Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 120 in the center line of Unger Road, T.H. 33; thence S. 89 deg. 49' W., along the center line, a distance of 871.54 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence continuing S. 89 deg. 49' W., a distance of 295.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 deg. 12' E., along the East line of lands belonging to C. & M. Stephenson, a distance of 450.00 feet to a point; thence N. 89 deg. 49' E., parallel to the center of Unger Road, a distance of 295.00 feet to a point; thence N. 0 deg. 12' W., parallel to the East line of C. & M. Stephenson land, a distance of 450.00 feet to the place of beginning and contains 3.0475 acres of land as surveyed by Richard F. Paul, Registered Surveyor No. 4351 in December 1972.
