In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, October 23, 2006, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Aurora to-wit:

And known as being part of Original Aurora Township Lot 27 and known as being Unit No. 62 in Winslow Estates Condominiums Phase 8 whose drawings are recorded in Volume 2004, Page 62 of Portage County Records, and as further described by the declaration of condominiums recorded in Volume 192, Page 979, the amendment for Phase No. VIII, being recorded as Instrument No. 200420530 of Portage County Records.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
