Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being part of Lot 62 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod in a monument box at the intersection of the centerlines of C.H. 88, Ranfield Road and C.H. 82, Old Forge Road, in the Northerly line of said Lot 62; thence N. 89 deg. 10' 46" W., along the centerline of C.H. 82 and Northerly line of Lot 62, a distance of 167.44 feet to a point at the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by Paul and Elsie Varga, which is the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 00 deg. 38' 30" W., along the Westerly line of said Varga (passing over an iron pipe at 28.69 feet) a distance of 324.80 feet to an iron pipe in the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by J. H. and Rose Leway; thence S. 86 deg. 53' 52" W., along the Northerly line of said Leway, a distance of 130.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 00 deg. 38' 30" E., (passing over an iron pipe at 304.30 feet), a distance of 333.72 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 62 and centerline of C.H. 82; thence S. 89 deg. 10' 46" E., along the Northerly line of Lot 62 and centerline of C.H. 82, a distance of 130.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.983 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed March 29, 1971, by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
