Situated in Randolph Township, State of Ohio, and described in parcels as follows, to-wit:
Known as being part of Lot No. 15, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a small iron pin found in the centerline of State Route No. 44 at its intersection with the centerline of Highway No. 29 (also known as Laubert Road); thence North 87 deg. 01' East along the centerline of Highway No. 29 for a distance of 2060.79 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing North 87 deg. 01' East, along the centerline of Highway No. 29 for a distance of 150.31 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of a 10.00 acre parcel of land now owned by Ben Thompson; thence North 00 deg. 36' East, along the West side of said Thompson land for a distance of 548.46 feet to an iron pin in the South line of H. A. and Grace C. Warner property; thence North 89 deg. 08' 08" West, for a distance of 150.02 feet to an iron pin; thence South 00 deg. 36' West (parallel with the West line of said Thompson land and 150.00 feet Westwardly therefrom measured at right angles) for a distance of 558.67 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 1.90 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Registered Surveyor No. 1199 in August 1959.

Iron pipes were found or set 30.00 feet Northwardly from the centerline of Laubert Road on both of the North and South lines.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
