Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot 2 in Block B of Lyman W. Hall's Addition to the City of Ravenna, as platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 35, Portage County Plat Records. Said tract is described as follows:
Beginning at the North-East corner of said lot; thence South on the lot line about 168 feet; thence West about 44 feet; thence North parallel with the East line to the street line of Mill Road; thence North East along the Southerly line of Mill Road, about 51 feet to the place of beginning. Being the same premises conveyed to Rose Goodman by B. G. & Myrthel Bradford, May 1, 1937 by deed recorded Vol. 356, Page 174, Portage County Records.
Said Premises Located at 643 Mill Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $95,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
