Beginning at a point in the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and the West line of Lot 21 and being S. 0 deg. 41', 1283.99 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 21; thence East 1254.15 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe, 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 0 deg. 05' E., 216.32 feet to an iron pipe; thence East 74.45 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 05' W., 369.76 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 51' 06" W., 1330.16 feet to the centerline of McCintocksburg Road and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 0 deg. 41' E., 150.00 feet along the centerline of McCintocksburg Road and the West line of Lot 21 to the beginning and containing 5.000 acres of land, to be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in July, 1979 by David J. Beginning at a point in the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and the West line of Lot 21 and being S. 0 deg. 41' W., 1182.68 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 21; thence East 463.65 feet along the South line of J. & G. Gailey to Gailey's Southeast corner; thence North 115.02 feet along Gailey's East line to an iron pipe; thence East 789.60 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 05' W., 216.32 feet to an iron pipe; thence West 1254.15 feet to the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 0 deg. 41' E., 102.31 feet along the West line of Lot 21 and the centerline of McClintocksburg Road to the beginning and containing 5.002 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in July, 1979 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819. Subject restrictions, easements and conditions of record, if any.

Said Premises Appraised at $140,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
