Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot No. 57, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the centerline of Freedom Road (Highway No. 211) at its intersection with the North line of Lot No. 57; thence South 06 degrees 15' West along the centerline of Highway No. 211 for a distance of 1,070.00 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land. This true place of beginning is at the Southeast corner of a 1.006 acre parcel of land now owned by Elroy Fortney; thence North 85 degrees 41' West along the South side of said Fortney land for a distance of 397.25 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 04 degrees 48' 37" West for a distance of 110.25 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 85 degrees 41' East for a distance of 394.50 feet to an iron pipe in the centerline of Highway No. 211; thence North 06 degrees 15' East along the centerline of Highway No. 211 for a distance of 110.00 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 1.00 acre of land as surveyed by Luclus F. Converse, Registered Surveyor No. 1199 in June, 1956.
Note:
Iron pipes were found or set 30.00 feet Westwardly from the centerline of Highway No. 211 on both of the East and West lines.

Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being a tract of land situated in the Township of Freedom and known as being part of Lot 57, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline of C.H. 211, Freedom Road and the North line of Freedom Township Lot No. 57; thence South 6 degrees 15' West, along the centerline of said Freedom Road, C.H. 211, a distance of 1188 feet to an iron pin said point being the Southeast corner of land of Grantee; thence North 85 degrees 41' West along the South line of land of Grantees a distance of 394.50 feet to the real place of beginning for the following described parcel; thence continuing North 85 degrees 41' West, a distance of 491.51 feet to an iron pin in the West line of land of Grantor; being also the East line of Gibson; thence North 4 degrees 54' 20" East along said West line of land of Grantor being also the East line of Gibson a distance of 220.50 feet and passing over an iron pin at 219.8 feet; thence South 85 degrees 41' East along the North line of land of Grantor presently owned by D. & O. White, a distance of 491.14 feet to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of land now or formerly owned by Elroy Fortney; thence South 4 degrees 38' 37" West, a distance of 220.50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.487 acres as surveyed by R. A. Weinkauf, R.S. 3859, April 1966, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
