E&P Railroad as originally staked out; thence N. 20 degrees 59' E., a distance of 30 feet to the North line of East Lake Avenue Extension; thence S. 69 degrees 01' E., a distance of 327.35 feet to the true place of beginning; thence N. 10 degrees 43' 21" E., a distance of 219.78 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 degrees 39' 20" E., a distance of F74.37 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 5 degrees 43' W., a distance of 251.10 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of East Lake Avenue Extension; thence N. 69 degrees 01' W., along said North line, a distance of 100.50 feet to the place of beginning.
