Located in Lot 21, Paris Township, Portage County, Ohio and located within the recorded La Belle Allotment, previously being Lots 945, 946, 947, 948, 949, 950 and 951 of said allotment as recorded in Plat Book Vol. 5, Pg. 27, now vacated and returned to acreage and being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 952 of the La Belle Allotment on the East line of Avon Avenue, as recorded in Plat Book Volume 5, Page 27 of the county records of plats; thence S. 88 -27' E., a distance of 135.00 feet along the South line of Lot 952 to an iron rod with cap set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 952 and Northwest corner of Lot 922; thence S. 1-33 W., a distance of 280.00 feet along the West line of Lots 922 thru 928 of said La Belle Allotment to an iron rod with cap set at the Southwest corner of Lot 926 at a common corner with Lots 929 and 944 of said allotment; thence N. 88 -27 W., a distance of 135.00 feet along the North line of Lot 944 to an iron rod with cap set at the Northwest corner of Lot 944 on the East line of Avon Avenue; thence N. 1 -33 E., a distance of 280.00 feet along the East line of Avon Avenue to the true place of beginning and containing 0.8678 acre of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Land Surveyor Number 5065 in April, 2002.
