And known as being located in Lot 8, Atwater Township, Portage County, Ohio and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found at the Southeast corner of Lot 8 on the centerline of C.H. 125, Alliance-Yale Road; thence N. 00 deg. 50' 50" W., a distance of 1105 32 feet along the East line of Lot 8 and said centerline of an iron spike set at the Southeast corner of this Grantor and true place of beginning; thence S. 89 deg. 39' 58" W., a distance of 1452 04 feet to an iron rod set; thence N. 00 deg. 50' 50" W., a distance of 184 91 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of a certain 5 00 acre parcel of land, now or formerly owned by C. Frame, 1015/494; thence N. 89 deg. 27' 55" E., a distance of 1452 00 feet along the North line of this Grantor to an iron spike found on the East line of Lot 8 and said centerline at the Northeast corner of this Grantor; thence S. 00 deg. 50' 50" E., a distance of 190 00 feet along the said centerline to the true place of beginning and containing 6 2484 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in December, 1984.

Said Premises Appraised at $125,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
