Situated in the Township of Paris, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being Lot No. 102 in the Newton Falls Realty and Construction Company's Subdivision No. 2 as recorded in Volume 6, Page 28 of Portage County Records of Plats. Said Sublot No. 102 fronts 87.5 feet on the West side of Elm Street and extends back along the South line, a distance of 253.3 feet and on its Northwest line, a distance of 289.5 feet and also, and known as being Lot No. 103 in the Newton Falls Realty and Construction Company's Subdivision No. Two as recorded in Volume 6, Page 28 of Portage County Records of Plats and Lot No. 120 in the Newton Realty and Construction Company's Subdivision No. One as recorded in Volume 6, Page 27 of Portage County Records of Plats. Said Lot No. 103 fronts seventy five (75) feet on the West line of Elm Street and extends back on its South line a distance of two hundred seventy five (275) feet and on its North line a distance of two hundred seventy six and twenty six one hundredths (276.26) feet and is sixty five and three tenths (65.3) feet across its rear line. Said Lot No. 120 fronts on the North side of Oak Street and extends back therefrom on its Easterly line a distance of sixty five and three tenths (65.3) feet to the line of Youngstown and Ravenna Railroad, the rear line of Youngstown and Ravenna Railroad being the rear of Northerly line of said property, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $95,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
