And known as being part of Lot No. 61, Ravenna Township South Division, and beginning at an iron pipe set at the intersection of the South Street line of Hazen Avenue and the West street line of Maridian Street; thence North 88 deg. 00' West, along the South street line of Hazen Avenue 55.30 feet to an iron pipe, being the true place of beginning for the following conveyance; thence continuing North 88 deg. 00' West along the South line of Hazen Avenue, 74.13 feet to an iron pipe set in the East right of way line of the Ohio Edison Company property; thence South 35 deg. 51' East along said Ohio Edison's East property line, 88.07 feet to a point; thence South 1 deg. 30' West along said Ohio Edison Company's East property line about 40.00 feet to a point; thence approximately South 39 deg. 30' East, along said Ohio Edison's East property line about 30.00 feet to a point; thence North 1 deg. 30' East about 132.00 feet to an iron pipe, being the true place of beginning, containing .11 of an acre of lands surveyed by C. B. Dodge, Registered Surveyor No. 1682, November 17, 1965.
