Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the North line of Lot 8 in Rootstown Twp. and the centerline of T.H. 110, Hatrick Road; thence S. 0 deg. 41' W. along the centerline of said Hatrick Road, a distance of 400.00 feet to an iron rod; thence S. 89 deg. 01' 40" W., a distance of 872.00 feet to an iron pin and passing over an iron pin set 30.10 feet from the road centerline; thence N. 0 deg. 41' S., a distance of 400.00 feet to an iron pin in the North line of land of Grantor and the North line of said Lot 8; thence N. 89 deg. 01' 40" E., along said lot line and property line a distance of 872.00 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pin set 30.10 feet from centerline of said road. Above described parcel surveyed by R. A. Weinkauf, R.S. 3859, and contains 6.004 acres more or less and is subject to all highways. Above described parcel is also subject to a blanket lease to the Pittsburg Consolidation Coal Company.

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Camp Road (T.H. 112) and Hatrick Road (T.H. 110); thence North 0 deg. 41' East along the centerline of Hatrick Road (T.H. 110), a total distance of 2243.77 feet to an iron rod found on the centerline of said highway, said point being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence South 89 deg. 01' 40" West, along the Northerly property line of land now or formerly owned by R. P. and B. M. Knapp, and passing over an iron pin found 30.00 feet from the centerline of Hatrick Road, a total distance of 435.78 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence North 0 deg. 41' East, along a line running through the Grantors property; a total distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence North 89 deg. 01' 40" East, along a line running through the Grantors property and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from the centerline of Hatrick Road (T.H. 110), a total distance of 435.78 feet to a railroad spike set on said centerline; thence South 0 deg. 41' West, along the centerline of Hatrick Road (T.H. 110), a total distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 2.00 acres of land as surveyed in April 1973 by Floyd L. Thomas and Samuel C. Janka, Reg. Surveyors No. 5461 and 5739 of the State of Ohio.

Shaw, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence North 89 deg. 01' 40" East along a line running through the Grantors property, a distance of 436.22 feet to an iron pin found at the Northwesterly corner of land owned by Howard W. or Brenda K. Smith; thence South 0 deg. 41' West, along the Westerly property line of land owned by Howard W. or Brenda K. Smith, a distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 2.002 acres of land as surveyed in April, 1986 by Floyd L. Thomas and Samuel C. Janka, Reg. Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
