And known as being part of Lots Nos. 146 and 147 of the original plat as recorded in Volume 1, Page 186 of Portage County Deed Records of the Village (now City) of Ravenna, bounded by beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 147; thence running South on lot line, 80 feet; thence West parallel with the North lines of said Lots Nos. 146 and 147, 72 feet; thence North parallel with the East line, 80 feet to the North line of said Lot No. 146; thence East on the North line of said lots, 72 feet to the place of beginning. Being located at the Southwest corner of Cedar and North Walnut Streets in said city, having a frontage of 72 feet on Cedar Street and extending Southerly on Walnut Street, 80 feet.
Said Premises Located at 131 North Walnut St., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $85,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
