Beginning at a point in the centerline of Knowlton Road and being North 89 deg. 11' 10" West, 1340.00 feet from the intersection of said road centerline with the centerline of Shanks Road; thence South 0 deg. 30' 31" West, 1632.83 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of Lot 46 and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence North 89 deg. 02' 07" West, 535.20 feet along the South line of Lot 46 to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 16' 36" East, 1631.48 feet to the centerline of Knowlton Road and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence South 89 deg. 11' 10" East, 541.80 feet along the centerline of Knowlton Road to the beginning. Containing 20.176 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

Containing 10.0576 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in November 1974 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

Said Premises Appraised at $235,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
