Situated in the village, county and state aforesaid and known as being part of Lot 57, Subdivision 7 of said Village of Windham, bounded on the North by the third parcel; on the East by lands now or formerly of R. A. and C. A. Baker; on the South by the center of East Center St., S.R. 303; on the West by lands of E. and E. Oldham, and containing 0.17 of an acre.

Situated in the village, county and state aforesaid and known as being part of Lot 57, Subdivision 5 in said village, bounded by beginning on the South line of said lot, 16 1/2 rods East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence running North 9 rods to the Northwest corner of land now or formerly owned by E. and E. Oldham; thence West to land now or formerly owned by M. J. and M. E. Gaskill; thence South on the East line of said M. J. and M. E. Beginning at a point 12 rods East and 9 rods North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 57, which point is the Northwest corner of the second parcel described herein; thence Northerly 16 rods to the Southwest corner of land now or formerly owned by L. Morton; thence Easterly along said L. Morton's South line and the South line of lands now or formerly owned by the Philnat Corporation a distance of 210.5 feet to the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by R. A. and C. A. Baker; thence Southerly along the West line of said Baker 16 rods to the Northeast corner of the first parcel described herein; thence Westerly along the North line of the first parcel and the second parcel described herein and lands now or formerly of E. and E. Oldham 210.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.27 acres of land, being the same premises conveyed to Ed Pinney by Pluma Mills by deed dated Dec. 26, 1919, and recorded in Volume 254, Page 434 of Portage County Records.

H. Terry, now or recently owned by John K. Baird; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Baird's lands to the Southerly line of the right of way of the Erie Railroad; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of the Erie Railroad lands to the center of Nelson; thence Southeasterly and then Southerly along the center of said road last aforesaid to the place of beginning and containing according to the deed records 10.32 acres of land and according to the Auditor's Duplicate 9.70 acres.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
