And known as being Lots Number One Hundred Seventy-five (175) and known as being Lots Number One Hundred Seventy-six (176) in the Elrath Park Extension of the Elrath Building Company's Allotment in large Lot 12, of Ravenna Township, Portage County, Ohio, as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book #4, Page 38 of Portage County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
