Situated in the City of Aurora, County of Portage, and State of Ohio being Unit 19-E and an undivided 3.1818 percent interest in the common areas and facilities of Russett Woods of Walden Condominium located in the City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings in Plat Book 20, Page 19 of the Portage County Record of Plats and further declared in a Condominium Declaration filed on the 9th day of June, 1972, and recorded in Volume 889, Page 228 through 294 of the Portage County Record of Deeds; and First Amendment to the declaration filed April 11, 1978 and recorded in Volume 952, Page 49 of the Portage County Records.
Said Premises Located at 590-15 Russet Wood Lane, Aurora, OH 44202.
Said Premises Appraised at $250,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
